I had a great experience with this company. Our house flooded when Imelda came through. We wanted to make sure something like that didn’t happen to our home again. We put drainage in throughout our yard, but were told we needed gutters to get the water away from our house. The person helping us with our drainage said Jacob and his crew were the company to call for installing gutters! Northwest Gutters and Construction surpassed my expectations. When I called to ask for a quote, they came out the very next day. Jacob was very professional. He measured everything and was able to give me a quote that day. He explained all of my choices thoroughly, but did not pressure me whatsoever to make a decision right away. They were able to get us in on their schedule very quickly, and they were able to give us really great work. They also took me on a walk around the house once the work was done to make sure that I was pleased. We have had several rains since the gutters were installed, and there has been no pooling around our home! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Contacted them about some options for gutters. Sales guy was out in a couple days, had a couple options in a quote for me within 15minutes and had the crew out the next day to handle it. The crew came out, verified the work that was being done and then proceeded to install gutters in the spots where the house was missing them since most new builds only come with the most basic places. They built them onsite (color matched), connected them with my existing ones and then replaced my existing downspouts with larger ones. The price was way less than I was expecting to pay. Work was done in a day. I walked around with them and the gutters were seamlessly connected to my pre-existing ones (possibly welded). They have a 3 year leak guarantee but I don’t expect any issues.

I needed to get new gutters put on my house, so I called northwest gutters office and they were quick to get me over to a salesman to go ahead and get an appointment set up to see my house. The gentleman called me shortly after and set up an appointment for a few days later, which was nice to get seen so quickly. He came and measured the house quickly and was immediately able to give me an estimate and walk me through everything. He answered all the question I had for him and didn’t pressure me to decide right there on the spot to do the work. I called again to schedule the work and they were able to get me in the same week I called back. They came and did the work and after they were finished we walked the house to make sure everything was done right and there weren’t any problems.
